Get ot of the fort, she said...

"Somewhere where people can't see us." Oren said, leading her down the street. He finally found an alleyway. "Aaaah. Perfect."
He walked in.

Eden stopped just outside the alleyway. She glanced around and saw few people roaming the sidewalks.
"Why in an alleyway?" she hissed, still not entering.

"You'll see." He hissed. Hi back seemed to be glowing. He ducked behind a garbage bin, grabbing the pocket of light, and it suddenly became a sword. He gulped, took it, and made a slash mark over his chest. Wincing in pain, he got up. "You want one?" he breathed.

Eden approached cautiously, not sure what Oren was doing.
"Want one...what?" she asked evasively, glancing towards the entrance to the alleyway.

"A wound. I need one if I want to get home without any suspicion..." Oren explained.

Eden flinched merely thinking about it. However, she agreed with him.
"Be careful," she whispered, holding out her arm and gesturing to the upper part.

Oren nodded, quickly slicing a scar over it.

Gasping, Eden reached up to it. She clamped a hand over to try and slow the bleeding.
"Thanks, I guess," she said, shaking her head. The girl shivered as she realized how cold it was. "I suppose we should go home now, then."

Oren started walking (or limping) away. "I'll take the back roads home to avoid people. Never speak of this day again." he growled, and turned the corner.

Eden stood, her face burning despite the cold, clinging to the fresh cut on her arm. Sighing deeply, she headed in the opposite direction, thinking over the day's events.
